Minot Aero Center’s staff is familiar with the Electronic Advance Passenger Information System (eAPIS) for traveling into and out of the U.S. This system allows you to enter or upload passenger and crew manifests online. Reports are also available through eAPIS for Customs and Border Protection approved individuals.
